At Aerial Space, we believe in creating lifelong health while having fun! We designed Ageless Aerials for adventurous students over 55.

Classes focus on gentle progressions to build muscle, balance and coordination all in a patient, safe environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • “I’m concerned my hands might not be strong enough. Can I still do aerials?”

    • Of course! This class will help you build those muscles and you will be amazed at how strong your hands get!

  • “Do I need previous experience?”

    • Nope! All levels and abilities are welcome.

  • “I have some health issues - will the teacher be able to work with me?”

    • Absolutely! We build our curriculum to adapt and change to each student’s needs. At the beginning of each class your teacher will ask about your physical and mental health - you can share whatever you like at that time. If you prefer to chat with your teacher in private, that’s ok too!

  • “Should I talk to my doctor about doing aerial arts?”

    • That’s entirely up to you! We recommend chatting with your doctor beforehand if you have any heart issues or glaucoma. Any type of health restrictions a doctor might advise for aerial arts are very similar to yoga recommendation.
